ORDERS AND DELIVERY:
Processing time is within 2-5 business days
All orders are shipped from our studio located in Catalonia.
Shipments are made throught the spanish official post office.
You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped and will be able to check where it is via the website www.correos.es
Within the European Union delivery use to take 5-10 business days.
For international destinations delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.
We are not responsable of any delay due to customs checking.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, orders may experience some delay due to increased shipping volume.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
As a buyer you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to your order when it enters your country.

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
You can exchange your items under the following conditions:
- The request is made within a maximum of 14 days of delivery.
- The item has not been used, worn, or washed.
- You, as a buyer, are responsible of the shipping costs from the return and, if needed, the new shipment.
- You, as a buyer, agree to not be refund or receive another item in exchange in case to not follow the previous rules.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Contact us communicating the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item (size or different product) or the refund of the item.
Wait for approval and specific return instructions before sending the item back.
Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part. International returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees for sending the item back.
